Psychotherapy for Relocation, Immigration, and Digital Nomads

Therapy for adults navigating a major move: relocation for work, immigration, or life as a digital nomad. The losses, the identity work, the rebuild.

Moving countries is one of the most under-discussed life events. From the outside it looks like a logistical question. From the inside it is an identity event.

There is the obvious work: a new language, new systems, new social rules. And underneath, the less obvious: the loss of the person you were in the place you left, the slow grief of not being understood the way you used to be, the long period when you are neither fully here nor fully there.

I work with people across that whole arc. People preparing to move. People in the first two years, which are usually the hardest. People who moved a long time ago and only now have words for what it cost. And digital nomads, who carry the same dynamics with the added complication of not landing anywhere.

I moved from Israel to London myself. I am not neutral about this work.

All sessions are online, across time zones.
